观点网讯：11月11日，日本软银集团公告，因持有OpenAI股权，本财季确认投资收益2.157万亿日元（约140亿美元），并将于12月通过愿景基金2号（Vision Fund 2）再向OpenAI注资225亿日元。
根据公开资料整理，软银2024年初参与OpenAI私募融资，目前持股占比未披露。公司表示，追加资金将用于支持OpenAI新一代大模型研发及全球算力扩张，交易完成后愿景基金2号对OpenAI累计出资额将升至约500亿日元。
