财联社11月10日电，爱尔眼科(300015.SZ)公告称，公司拟以扣除回购专户股份后92.94亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利0.8元（含税），合计派发现金7.35亿元，不送红股，不以资本公积金转增股本。该分配方案未超出截至2025年9月30日的可分配范围。此预案需提交股东大会审议通过后方可实施。
