11月7日，保利发展旗下广州保利·玥玺湾项目正式开盘，首开成交236套，单日实现认购金额106亿元。据中指研究院统计，该项目刷新广州楼市销售纪录，成为2025年全国唯一单日销售破百亿元的项目。据悉，该项目成交均价17万元/平方米，最高成交单价超30万元/平方米。
