第十五届全运会，四川省体育代表团共有1587名运动员进入决赛阶段。其中，竞技比赛项目中，899名运动员在30个大项、285个小项中成功出线；群众比赛项目中，688名运动员在22个大项、116个小项中顺利出线。四川体育在竞技项目和群众项目中形成全面突破的良好局面。
