11月7日晚，保利发展旗下位于广州市天河区的保利·玥玺湾项目开盘，销售金额超过100亿元，成为今年全国首个单日销售额破百亿的楼盘。该楼盘房源成交均价17万元/平方米，最高成交单价超30万元/平方米。去年9月29日，项目地块启动限时竞拍，起拍价将近88.15亿元，经过5个小时、148轮竞价，由保利发展报价117.55亿元竞得。
