据明阳集团消息，11月7日，内蒙古自治区兴安盟行政公署与明阳集团在北京签署战略合作框架协议。根据协议，明阳集团将与兴安盟一道，基于属地风力资源禀赋和产业基础开展战略合作，布局绿氢“制输储用”一体化项目。
