富煌钢构11月7日晚间公告，公司9月26日收到中国证券监督管理委员会对公司送达的《立案告知书》，公司因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，中国证监会决定对公司进行立案；11月7日收到中国证券监督管理委员会安徽监管局出具的《行政处罚事先告知书》（处罚字〔2025〕4号）。经查，5月27日富煌钢构披露的《报告书（草案）》中有关中科视界主要财务数据、标的资产权属状况存在虚假记载，以及关联交易存在重大遗漏。
