人民财讯11月7日电，华电能源(600726)11月7日公告，为贯彻落实国家相关产业政策，推动公司转型升级，公司拟投资黑龙江华电富拉尔基发电厂2×66万千瓦“上大压小”热电联产机组与新能源一体化联营项目（简称“煤电项目”或“风电项目”），项目总投资120.43亿元（具体投资金额以实际投入为准）。
