11月7日，据中国银行消息，近日，中国银行作为牵头主承销商和簿记管理人，协助巴克莱银行有限公司在中国银行间市场首次发行20亿元熊猫债，其中三年期10亿元，五年期（含赎回选择权）10亿元，票面利率分别为1.95%和2.05%。本次发行是首笔英国发行人发行的熊猫债。
