11月7日金融一线消息，北京银行发布公告称，该行于2015年12月11日非公开发行0.49亿股优先股，发行规模为人民币49亿元。董事会于2025年10月29日审议通过了《关于行使“北银优 1”优先股赎回权的议案》。
近日，北京银行收到国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局的复函，对赎回本次优先股无异议。北京银行拟于2025年12月11日全额赎回本次优先股。
