财联社11月7日电，从天津市城市管理委获悉，根据气象会商研判，11月7日起，天津全市供热系统启动热态调试。热态调试阶段，天津全市热电联产启动，各供热站点火试运行，开展供热设施巡查巡检和运行调试，为正式供热做好准备。各供热单位要检测调试锅炉、水泵、阀门等核心设备，对供热管网逐步升温加压，对居民楼内供热系统逐栋排气，排查维修跑冒滴漏问题，确保系统运行稳定。
