财联社11月7日电，台积电对外披露，将在11月发行本年度第五期无担保普通公司债，共计235亿元新台币，为绿色债券。其中5年期利率1.5%，发行140亿元新台币；7年期利率1.53%，发行30亿元新台币；10年期利率1.58%，发行65亿元新台币。
