据彭博社，美国联邦法院判决 Samourai Wallet 联合创始人 Keonne Rodriguez 因运营未注册汇款业务、协助暗网交易和欺诈行为洗钱数亿美元，被判处 5 年监禁。这是该罪名的最高刑期。此前，Rodriguez 已在 7 月认罪，并与另一联合创始人 William Lonergan Hill 同意没收 2.37 亿美元并缴纳 40 万美元罚款。Hill 将于 11 月 19 日宣判。
