天顺股份（002800）发布公告，公司总经理丁治平因工作调整辞去总经理职务，辞职报告于2025年11月6日送达董事会。丁治平的原定任期为2025年6月18日至2028年6月18日，辞职后继续担任公司董事、董事长等职务。
同时，公司董事会同意聘任赵燕为新总经理，任职期限自第六届董事会第五次临时会议审议通过之日起至公司第六届董事会换届时止。
2025年前三季度，天顺股份实现收入7.82亿元，归母净利润-1267万元。
