吴说获悉，据 Lemonde，法国国民议会于 10 月 31 日初审通过一项 “非生产性财富税” 修正案，将现行房地产财富税（IFI）扩大至黄金、加密货币、艺术品等此前免税资产，税率统一设为 1%。新税仅适用于净资产超 200 万欧元的个人，且主住宅可获最高 100 万欧元减免。法国财政部初步估算该税或年增收 20 亿欧元。
