格隆汇11月5日丨洲际船务(02409.HK)宣布，于2025年11月5日，卖方SEACON AFRICA LTD(公司的间接全资附属公司)及买方天津环球船舶租赁有限公司订立协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该船舶，代价最高为2270万美元。
该船舶目前由拥有人根据光船租赁出租予卖方。卖方拟于交付日期之前根据光船租赁之条款通过行使购买选择权按购买选择权价格购买该船舶。卖方透过行使购买选择权拟购买之该船舶应根据协议进一步交付予买方。
