当地时间11月4日，美国肯塔基州州长安迪·贝希尔表示，一架美国联合包裹运送服务公司（UPS）的飞机在肯塔基州路易斯维尔市穆罕默德·阿里国际机场起飞时坠毁，造成至少3人死亡，11人受伤，其中一些人伤势“非常严重”。（央视记者 许弢）
