据菲律宾媒体报道，菲律宾民防局官员今天（11月5日）表示，台风“海鸥”已经导致菲律宾66人死亡，另有26人失踪，受灾人口超过70万。此外，菲律宾空军的一架参与救援行动的直升机4日在执行任务时坠毁，经菲律宾军方确认，机上6人均已遇难。（CCTV国际时讯）
