近日，杭州芯正微电子有限公司宣布完成数亿元A轮融资。本轮融资的投资人包括中科创星、山证投资、洪泰基金、国中资本、博泰创投等机构。本轮融资将重点投入到模拟波束成形芯片（ABF）、数字波束成形芯片（DBF）、微波超宽带直采芯片、射频收发机、高速时钟、高速ADC/DAC等芯片和SiP产品的研发设计以及产业化部署进程之中。
