新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州轮台县聚焦农田白色污染治理，全力推进100多万亩棉田残膜回收，通过机械化作业与完善回收体系，为棉田“清肺通络”。
近年来，轮台县大力实施“残膜回收利用、资源变废为宝、农业循环发展”的可持续发展模式，逐步形成了地膜“使用—回收—加工—再利用”的循环机制。
目前，轮台县共有残膜回收机近600台，还在各乡镇建立了65个残膜回收网点和7个乡镇残膜回收站，实现残膜机械化回收率超过98%。
