北京时间11月3日，据多名知情人士确认，小红书员工入职期权归属方式已调整为15%、25%、25%、35%，新的期权归属方式已执行一年多时间（2024年1月1日开始执行）。
在此之前，小红书的期权归属规则跟之前的阿里保持一致，入职期权分四年归属，满两年归属50%，剩下两年各归属25%。不过，阿里在2024年4月1日开始执行15%、25%、30%、30%的新股票归属计划。
