据央视新闻消息，当地时间11月3日，欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩在社交媒体发文表示，当天，她与乌克兰总统泽连斯基进行通话。她表示，欧盟将向乌克兰提供紧急能源援助，以帮助其度过冬季。
