11月3日，霍尼韦尔公布航空航天业务分拆后管理层任命，其中任命Jim Currier为霍尼韦尔航空航天公司总裁兼首席执行官。该公司计划于2026年下半年完成分拆，届时将成为一家独立上市公司。
同时，霍尼韦尔宣布Craig Arnold当选为霍尼韦尔航空航天公司董事会主席。Arnold将在航空航天业务从霍尼韦尔分拆完成后出任非执行董事会主席。在过渡期间，他将立即就职于霍尼韦尔董事会。
