吴说获悉，据 BlockSec 初步分析，Balancer V2 及其 fork 项目于 11 月 3 日在多条链上遭受复杂攻击，损失超 1.2 亿美元。攻击者通过操纵稳定池不变量（invariant），扭曲了 BPT（Balancer Pool Token）价格计算，从而利用 batchSwap 操作套利。攻击核心在于精度缩放与取整方向不对称，导致系统性微小偏差，最终压低 BPT 价格并在流动性撤回时获利。
