智通财经APP讯，中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，于2025年11月3日，诚通融资租赁(公司间接全资附属公司)与伊犁订立伊犁协议，诚通融资租赁已同意向伊犁购买伊犁租赁资产，并将伊犁租赁资产回租予伊犁，租赁期为期2年。伊犁租赁资产指设备如起重机、螺桿式空气压缩机组、环形燃烧器及电解设备等。
