人民网深圳11月3日电 (刘森君)11月3日，深圳金融监管局公示行政处罚最新信息，中国信保深圳分公司被给予警告并罚款11万元，主要违法违规行为包括未按照规定使用经备案的保险条款、保险费率，承保风险管控不到位。
同时，深圳金融监管局对相关责任人吴某敏给予警告并罚款1万元。
