11月2日，随着一声震耳欲聋的炮响，广元元宝山铁路隧道项目施工现场传来捷报——明洞工段与斜井工段精准贯通，标志着元宝山电厂配套铁路工程的节点任务取得突破性进展，为全线通车奠定了坚实基础。
广元元宝山1号铁路隧道全长3150米，另增设180米斜井，总计施工3330米。
