财联社11月1日电，据乐有家研究中心监测数据，10月深圳一二手住宅网签总量为6847套，环比下降10.3%，同比下降40.7%。其中，一手住宅网签2651套，环比下降14.1%，同比降51.1%；二手住宅网签4196套，环比下降7.7%，同比降31.4%。数据显示，深圳二手房市场成交量较为稳定，连续8个月超5000套荣枯线。（财联社记者 王海春）
