北京商报讯（记者孟凡霞周义力）10月30日，国家金融监督管理总局温州监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，浙江苍南农村商业银行因通过不正当手段吸收存款、违规开展异地业务，被处罚款185万元；相关责任人郭朱虹被警告，并处罚款5万元。
