财联社10月30日电，人民银行上海总部召开2025年第四季度新闻发布会暨上海金融“五篇大文章”专场发布会。记者从会上获悉，9月上海市新发放企业贷款加权平均利率为2.72%，较上年同期下降43个基点，处于历史低位。其中，小微企业贷款加权平均利率为3%，较上年同期下降42个基点。 (中证金牛座)
