江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)公布，为满足丹金项目建设资金需求、保障项目顺利推进，公司拟与丹金公司的另一家股东常州交控按持股比例对丹金公司进行现金增资。其中，该公司出资约人民币26.366亿元，常州交控出资约人民币8.98亿元。
