芹菜饼
• 食材:芹菜叶、胡萝卜、鸡蛋、面粉、盐、十三香、五香粉、油。

• 做法:将芹菜叶洗净切碎,胡萝卜擦丝切碎;在装有芹菜叶的碗中加一勺面粉,让叶子沾满面粉,再倒入胡萝卜丁,加入盐、十三香、五香粉搅拌均匀,打入2个鸡蛋、少许食用油再次搅匀,制成黏稠菜糊;平底锅或电饼铛预热刷油,舀入面糊整理成小圆形,中小火烙至两面微黄即可。
