人民财讯10月28日电，今天（28日）上午，雅砻江流域水风光一体化基地孟底沟、牙根一级两座大型水电站将实现同步大江截流。两座大型水电站同步截流，在雅砻江流域属于首次，标志着我国首个水风光一体化基地建设取得新突破，电站进入到主体工程施工新阶段。
