陶淑玲 女，1952年1月生，汉族，全州县全州镇人，中共党员，本科文化，高级农艺师。曾任全州县人民政府副县长、人大常委副主任、桂林市人大常委会农业办公室副主任、主任。多次获得桂林市、自治区人民政府奖励。
