北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）10月27日，国家金融监督管理总局延安监管分局发布批复，同意中国农业银行股份有限公司收购安塞农银村镇银行有限责任公司并设立中国农业银行股份有限公司安塞迎宾大道支行，承接安塞农银村镇银行有限责任公司清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工等。
