10月27日，美国医疗保健公司信诺（Cigna）旗下健康服务部门Evernorth宣布推出新型无回扣药房福利模式，旨在通过降低成本、提高透明度及支持本地药房，助力美国民众保持健康并获取所需药物。信诺将于2027年起为其全额承保客户采用该模式。自2028年起，该模式将成为Evernorth所有药品福利客户的标准模式。
