为贯彻落实《湖北省种子条例》，规范非主要农作物品种管理服务，促进非主要农作物品种选育、推广，充分发挥优良品种在农业生产中的作用，结合我省实际，制定了《湖北省非主要农作物品种认定办法》，现予印发施行。
