财联社10月27日电，商务部消费促进司负责人谈2025年9月我国消费市场情况，9月份，消费市场运行总体平稳，入境消费规模持续扩大。扩大免签范围、优化离境退税等政策协同发力，“中国游”“中国购”热度持续攀升。据国家移民局数据，三季度出入境外国人2013.4万人次，增长22.3%，其中免签入境外国人724.6万人次，增长48.3%。
