有消息称OPPO手机屏幕上出现绿线情况，这些机型包括Find X系列、Reno系列等，大部分手机的使用时间在四年以内。
对比，OPPO方面回应：“对于存在该屏幕线条问题的设备，对购机4年内的提供免费更换屏幕服务；对购机超4年的，提供远低于市场价的优惠换屏政策。”
