10月22日，国网新疆电力有限公司在220千伏粤电石栈光伏汇集站，首次成功试用了“卫星+地面自组网络”相结合的通信技术，有效解决了新疆戈壁、沙漠等偏远地区电力测试中通信信号弱、数据传输难的问题。
