10月23日，三变科技（002112）发布公告，副总经理、财务总监兼董事会秘书章日江因个人原因辞去上述职务，辞职后将继续在公司任职。
在新财务总监和董事会秘书聘任之前，董事长谢伟世将代行董事会秘书职责，总经理刘曰来将代行财务总监职责。
2025年前三季度，三变科技实现收入12.39亿元，归母净利润4015万元。
