10月22日，人工智能基础设施公司Nebius宣布，自动驾驶技术开发商Avride已获得优步和Nebius的战略投资及商业承诺。此次交易总额达3.75亿美元，由优步和Nebius共同注资。该合作基于Avride与优步的商业伙伴关系，双方于2024年签署了多年期战略协议。Avride计划于2025年底前在美国达拉斯推出基于优步平台的无人驾驶出租车服务。
