10月22日，中足联官方发布罚单，青岛西海岸球员张呈栋因实施非体育行为被停赛5场、罚款人民币5万元。
中超第27轮，上海申花对阵青岛西海岸的比赛第45分钟，张呈栋由于边裁争议举旗追着边裁骂，最终被红牌罚下。
此前青岛西海岸官方发布处罚决定，对张呈栋进行停薪、停训、停赛处罚，并罚款5万元。
