10月21日，吉祥航空（603885）发布公告，近日收到公司股东东方航空产业投资有限公司的通知，获悉其通过集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份。
具体情况为，东航产投于2025年10月15日至2025年10月21日，累计减持公司股份940万股，权益变动前合计比例为13.35%，变动后合计比例为12.92%，权益变动触及1%刻度。
2025年中期，吉祥航空实现收入110.67亿元，归母净利润5.05亿元。
