10月21日，平安中证光伏产业指数（012722）发布公告，新任基金经理马浩然于2025年10月20日正式增聘，接替原有基金经理的职务。马浩然拥有5年的证券从业经验及5年的证券投资管理经验，曾在多家证券公司担任分析师，最后于2025年6月加入平安基金管理有限公司。
