新京报贝壳财经讯 10月20日，英科医疗发布公告称，公司全资子公司英科医疗国际拟与华平投资签署认购协议，以自有资金参与投资Warburg Pincus Global Growth15, L.P.（简称“基金”）。基金的目标募集规模为170亿美元，其中，英科医疗国际将作为该合伙企业的有限合伙人（LP）认缴出资7000万美元。
