10月20日，永和智控（002795.SZ）公告，公司董事、副总经理、董事会秘书刘杰因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。刘杰辞职后不再担任公司及子公司任何职务，持有公司股份1,960,000股。
公司董事会对刘杰在任职期间的贡献表示感谢，并由董事长魏璞暂时接替董事会秘书职责，直至新任人选到位。
