财联社10月20日电，香港特区政府统计处公布，7月至9月经季节性调整的失业率由6月至8月的3.7%上升至3.9%；就业不足率则维持1.6%。期内总就业人数为3,674,500人，较6月至8月减少约6,100人；总劳动人口为3,830,100人，减少约1,500人。
