10月20日，京基智农（000048）发布公告，董事会近日收到公司证券事务代表肖慧提交的书面辞职申请，因工作安排原因，肖慧辞去公司证券事务代表职务，其辞职申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
2025年中期，京基智农实现收入23.87亿元，归母净利润2.26亿元。
