中原银行（01216）发布公告，因工作调整，刘凯不再担任本行行长职务，自2025年10月17日起生效，辞任后，刘凯不在本行担任任何职务。同日，董事会已审议通过聘任周锋担任行长及建议委任周锋为执行董事。
周锋，1977年1月出生，自2005年8月至2022年4月在原中国银行保险监督管理委员会河南监管局工作；自2022年4月至2024年5月，任河南省濮阳市副市长；2024年5月至2025年9月，任河南省人民政府副秘书长。
